REGION III — WHY TROVEMARK
What Families Take Away
Each session is designed with quiet intention. Participants leave with clarity, not conclusions forced on them.
Clarity on Where Things Are
Participants leave knowing which documents they hold and where to find them — reducing confusion for families during difficult moments.
Structured Family Conversations
Our guides and prompts give families a gentle framework to talk about wishes without pressure — a conversation that often never happens otherwise.
Practical Organising Tools
Every workshop includes ready-to-use templates — worksheets, checklists, and folder guides tailored to document organisation.
Purely Educational — No Advice
Everything we offer is general education. No legal, financial, or professional advice is given. Participants choose their own path forward.
A Supportive Group Setting
Sessions are held in small groups, creating a calm space where participants feel neither hurried nor alone in their thinking.
Ongoing Learning Resources
Atlas Members access a growing library of curated resources, community recordings, and new templates throughout the year.
REGION IV — NEXT STEP
Would a Workshop Be Right for Your Family?
Write to us or call ahead. We are glad to answer questions about how our sessions are structured and which programme might suit your situation.
REGION V — COMMON QUESTIONS
Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly happens in a Trovemark workshop?
Our workshops are group learning sessions — not consultations. A facilitator guides participants through structured exercises and discussion topics. Nobody is required to share personal details, and no individual advice is given at any point.
Are these sessions suitable for families with members living abroad?
Yes. Our materials and conversation frameworks are practical in any location. Many participants use the resources to have follow-up conversations with family members who are overseas.
How many people attend each session?
We keep groups small — typically between 6 and 14 participants. This allows each person to engage at their own pace without feeling rushed or put on the spot.
Do I need to bring my actual documents to a workshop?
There is no requirement to bring any documents. The mapping worksheet you receive is designed to be completed later, in your own time, in the privacy of your home.
What is included in the Atlas Membership?
Atlas Membership gives you twelve months of access to curated educational articles, organising templates, community discussion sessions, and session recordings. New materials are added regularly. No advice is given within the membership.
Are sessions conducted in English?
Yes, all current sessions are facilitated in English. Our written materials are also in English. Please contact us if you have questions about language accessibility.
Can I attend more than one workshop?
Absolutely. Many participants find value in attending both the Mapping Your Records and Family Intentions sessions at separate times. They cover different ground and work well together.
