These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Trovemark website at trovemarkirk.world and your participation in any Trovemark workshops or programmes. By accessing our website or registering for a workshop, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Trovemark

Trovemark is an educational workshop provider registered and operating in Phuket, Thailand. We offer group workshops and membership resources focused on estate records organisation and family communication. All services are educational in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, taxation, or professional advice of any kind.

2. Nature of Our Services

All Trovemark workshops, sessions, materials, and membership resources are provided purely for general educational and organisational purposes. In particular:

  • Nothing we provide constitutes legal advice, financial advice, investment guidance, taxation counsel, or any form of regulated professional service.
  • We do not act as an agent, adviser, or representative for any participant.
  • Workshop facilitators are educators, not licensed legal or financial practitioners.
  • Any worksheets, templates, or guides provided are general-purpose organisational tools only and should not be relied upon as substitutes for professional advice.

Participants are encouraged to seek the guidance of appropriately qualified professionals for any legal, financial, or personal matters that arise from their planning conversations.

3. Workshop Registration and Payment

Workshop places are subject to availability. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. Prices are as listed on our Solutions page and are stated in Thai Baht (฿). Taxes, where applicable, are included in the listed price.

We reserve the right to amend workshop dates, times, or facilitators where reasonably necessary. In such cases, registered participants will be notified as promptly as possible and offered an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

The following cancellation terms apply to workshop bookings:

  • 14 or more days before the workshop date: Full refund or transfer to an alternative date.
  • 7 to 13 days before the workshop date: 50% refund or full transfer to an alternative date.
  • Less than 7 days before the workshop date: No refund; transfer to an alternative date may be offered at our discretion.
  • Atlas Membership: Memberships may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no materials have been downloaded. After 14 days, no refund is available for the current membership period.

5. Participant Conduct

Participants attending workshops agree to engage respectfully with facilitators and other attendees. Trovemark reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session if their conduct is disruptive or harmful to others, without refund.

Workshops are group educational sessions. Participants should not expect individual guidance or personalised advice during or after sessions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Trovemark website, including text, design, worksheets, guides, and downloadable materials, is the intellectual property of Trovemark unless otherwise indicated. You may use downloaded materials for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or publish our materials without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Trovemark accepts no liability for:

  • Any decisions made by participants based on educational content presented in workshops or materials.
  • Any loss, claim, or expense arising from a participant's failure to seek appropriate professional advice.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our website or attendance at workshops.

Our total liability for any direct loss arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the relevant workshop or membership.

8. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, to introduce malicious code, or to use the website in any manner that disrupts its normal operation. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at our discretion.

While we take care to keep information on our website accurate and current, we make no warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of content. The website is provided on an "as available" basis.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
